From Surviving to Igniting

I’m Kelly, a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, Positive Psychology Coach specialising in alcohol-free living, and Sound Bath facilitator.

I help people reconnect with their roots, reclaim freedom, and live with purpose and joy using ancient, science-backed practices designed for the modern, fast-paced world.

The Fire & Soul Difference

In 2021, I hit burnout. For years, I’d lived with crippling anxiety and grief from losing my mum at 24. I buried myself in my career, working out most days, drinking, barely eating, and striving to climb the career ladder. Talking therapies, CBT, and “just coping” didn’t help.

I continued to reach for wine to switch off at the end of long days spent rushing my children to bed while managing a high-pressure Director role. Outwardly, everything looked perfect: career, family, home. Inside? My body and mind were on empty.

During burnout, I caught COVID, which developed into Long COVID. My body couldn’t recover as I had nothing left in the tank. My resting heart rate was 178 bpm. Doctors said there was nothing they could do.

I refused to give up. I discovered a local sound bath. As the vibrations washed over me, I felt a stillness I hadn’t known for years, a deep pause in the mental noise of modern life. In that space, I had a vision of creating a sanctuary to help others find calm, rest, and reconnection.  A space to pause and heal from within. Alongside my career, I trained in playing crystal singing bowls so that I was able to give back, to hold space for others who were craving stillness.

The breath then found me. I started doing 20 minutes of breathwork each morning to help strengthen my lungs, tone my vagus nerve and to start building my resilience back up. This was not a chance encounter!

It became evident I was planning days out with the kids around alcohol - which pub we would end up in after that Sunday walk, hurrying them out of the stream they were paddling in as it was most certainly wine-time - and, fed up with wasting precious moments and missing the joy in the world, spending weekends laying on the sofa watching kids films with them as I was too hungover to move, I quit alcohol.

This journey has been a story in itself, one that’s brought me to where I am today. I left my Director role with a newfound clarity about what I truly wanted from life. I began to understand why I’m here, who I’m here to serve, and the power of sharing my own story of burnout, grief, and alcohol. It’s become my mission to build community, ignite change, and bring renewed energy into my life, my children’s lives, and the lives of those I support.

I became so passionate about, and in awe of, the power of the breath that I then trained in Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), a deeply transformative modality that helps release trauma, unlock stuck emotions, and reconnect you with your natural flow.

Releasing the past is one of the most empowering things you can do. This is therapy like no other. It is medicine.

My anxiety has largely dissolved (though it still waves from time to time to remind me when something’s off, such as not enough sleep). I now understand my body’s signals, feel my emotions fully, connect deeply with my cycle, and have found both peace and long-lost joy.

The body knows how to breathe. And when you learn to listen, you begin to live the life you truly want.

Removing alcohol completely transformed my life. I trained in Positive Psychology Coaching, specialising in alcohol-free living, learning how to help others access their inner wisdom and design lives aligned with their values.

Through this unique, evidence-based system I’ve developed, the coaching process becomes transformational, exciting, and expansive. You’ll feel empowered to live confidently without alcohol, aligned with your truth, and inspired by your future - personally, professionally, and spiritually.

I am a lived example of everything I now teach. I found clarity on who I wanted to be, released patterns from my past, and let go of limiting beliefs. I began setting intentions that called in joy, surrounding myself with people and places that lifted my vibration.

Eventually, when I put all these thing into practice I began to reclaim my life, one breath, one decision, one act of courage at a time.

Now, I help others find stillness with sound, release what’s held with breathwork, and step into their full potential with clarity, alignment, and flow through alcohol-free coaching.

This work is my passion because it empowers people to alchemise the past, embrace their power, and design a life of purpose, freedom, and unstoppable momentum.

It’s about breaking free from what no longer serves you, reclaiming your time and energy, and creating a life that truly reflects who you are.

My Approach

Each session I facilitate is individual-centered, creating a calm, nurturing space to breathe, reflect, and release. I draw from trauma-informed breathwork, sound, Positive Psychology coaching, and my unique 5:11 system to help you grow and evolve.

You don’t have to give up alcohol to work with me, although I’m passionate about supporting those who do, because I’ve seen the transformation it creates, in myself and my clients.

My beliefs

I believe we all have the right to freedom - to live fully, without being consumed by the pressures of modern life. I trust that everything happens for a reason, and that by leaning into life’s lessons, we can alchemise our experiences and positively impact those around us. When we uncover what truly matters and begin living in alignment with our values, we step into flow, creating space to release the past and call in our next chapter. How exciting — let’s do this!
