In a noisy world, step into stillness and let your soul breathe.

Sound Baths in Kent

In a world that rarely slows down, sound baths offer a space to pause, rest and reconnect with yourself.

At Fire & Soul, sound baths are designed to support nervous system regulation through deep rest, stillness and immersive sound using crystal singing bowls.

Sessions create an opportunity to step away from constant stimulation and allow both body and mind to soften, settle and restore.

Why rest matters

Many of us live at a pace that keeps the nervous system in a constant state of stimulation, making true rest increasingly difficult.

Over time, this can leave us feeling anxious, emotionally overloaded, exhausted or disconnected from ourselves, even when we continue functioning on the outside.

Sound baths create space for the body and mind to slow down, helping the nervous system shift into a calmer and more restorative state.

What sound baths may support

  • Deep rest and relaxation

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Reduced stress and tension

  • Improved sleep and recovery

  • Mental clarity and emotional balance

  • A greater sense of calm and connection

How to workTogether

Sound has been used for centuries to help, guide and support, with benefits including: improved sleep, deep restoration, relaxation, enhanced clarity, empowerment, creative insight, and a sense of lightness.

Let go. Breathe. Receive. Let the sound guide you home.

  • “I have found my values. I lost my way and I feel like I have been put back on my path again, thanks to Kelly. I have come away with steps to follow to ensure I don’t fall back into my old habits, I keep my values in check, and to live by them as much as possible.”

    Elisa

  • “From the moment we met during our Chemistry Session Kelly put me at ease with her warm and friendly nature. As we started working together, her structure and supportive coaching style both challenged and inspired me. During ‘sticky’ moments, Kelly introduced helpful visualisations and breathing techniques to support the process”

    Julie

  • “Just the most incredible session which for me, has been like the lightbulb moment after years of moderation.”

    Lucy

  • "I had a block of breathwork sessions with Kelly, it was a very transformative experience! She is so kind and caring during the sessions. I have found these sessions have improved my resilience, made me more aware on prioritisng self care, focusing on what I need and releasing anything that doesn't serve me going forward. Highly recommend!"

    Rosie

  • "Kelly’s Sound bath is a warm and welcoming haven for the body and soul. Thoroughly recommend."

    Julie

  • "It was a gift to be coached by Kelly. From the moment we met during our chemistry conversation, she put me at ease with her warm and friendly nature. As we started working together, her structured and supportive coaching style both challenged and inspired me. By working with Kelly, and using her process and tools, I feel very positive that I’m on my way to achieving my goals."

    Jullie

  • “I have struggled with anxiety since by daughter was born. My mind never seems to switch off, and the mental chatter that tells me all of the negative things that could happen, the catastrophising and ruminating never goes away. Having breathwork with Kelly has really helped me to understand my fear, and release some of the emotion that had been stuck in my body. It’s one of the most powerful things I have ever done. Thank you”

    Katie

  • “Since having a few CCB sessions with Kelly, my anxiety has lessened significantly if not almost gone. It’s completely changed the way I live my life, in particular the way I parent.”

    Katja

  • “I feel so safe with Kelly. She creates a space that makes me know she is looking after me. I trust her which gives me permission to let go. I am very grateful for our sessions together. Not only has my breath shown me a lot about who I am, it is also helping me to let go of control and trying to be perfect”

    Hollie

  • “The only time my mind is ever able to switch off is when I come to one of Kelly’s sound Baths. Having ADHD makes things very ‘busy’, I love the peace I get f from the minute she starts playing”

    Sarah

  • “I step into the space Kelly creates and instantly feel relaxed, just a huge sigh of relief that I am here again. It feels like coming home!”

    Rose

  • “Kelly is so intuitive with what we need. With a busy life, I make it a non-negotiable to go to her monthly sound bath and each time I feel cocooned in a sanctuary. I come away completely rested. My body needs them each month, just to stop and be still with nothing to worry about or think about for a couple of hours”

    Claire

  • “If I could have you at every London Fire Station I would!"

  • "That session was so powerful. I hadn't realised how my breath could play such a big role in keeping me calm. We need you to do a workshop for our staff and our children"

    Claire – Education Sector

  • “We really like the Corporate Calm Leadership thinking. After our workshop, we referenced it later in the day in meetings. My team think it is great and feel like we need a bigger session for the building. It really made us think”
