At Fire & Soul, I use Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) to support nervous system regulation, emotional release and deeper connection to self.
Stress, anxiety, emotions and past trauma live in the body. Conscious Connected Breathwork supports the release of stored emotions, allowing you to let go and find freedom.
Through guided breathing, gentle somatic techniques and personalised support, sessions are designed to help you move out of survival mode, understand your nervous system and reconnect with a calmer, more grounded way of living.
