Just like a finger print, we all have a unique breathing pattern. To create a completely individualised breathing session, Kelly will carry out a detailed breath analysis, and your session will be uniquely tailored to where your body is holding past experiences, stress, or trauma. Specific acupressure points are pressed, and affirmations are used which are picked up in your subconscious, making this a a powerful modality for the supressed and repressed emotions.
