Trauma-Informed Conscious Connected Breathwork in Kent

At Fire & Soul, I use Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) to support nervous system regulation, emotional release and deeper connection to self.

Stress, anxiety, emotions and past trauma live in the body. Conscious Connected Breathwork supports the release of stored emotions, allowing you to let go and find freedom.

Through guided breathing, gentle somatic techniques and personalised support, sessions are designed to help you move out of survival mode, understand your nervous system and reconnect with a calmer, more grounded way of living.

    • This one off 1:1  session introduces you to Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) — a circular breathing technique that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep reconnection with self. We’ll begin with a short consultation and breath analysis, then move into a guided breathing session set to music. You’ll be fully supported throughout your breathing session.  

  • 1 × 90-minute one-to-one session (in-person

    • Pre-session intention setting and post-session reflection

1:1 Conscious Breath Session

A one-off session designed to support the release of emotion, begin aligning to your goals and deepen your connection to self.

    • 1:1  Conscious Connected session that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep reconnection with self. We’ll begin with a breath analysis, then move into a guided breathing session set to music. You’ll be fully supported throughout your breathing session.

    These monthly sessions provide you with an opportunity to consciously connect to your breath in a group setting of like-minded people.

    Great to keep the breath open and stay aligned to your practice.
