At Fire & Soul we use Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) to release stuck emotion, past trauma, supressed and repressed feelings that we have held for many years, leading to physical manifestation such as anxiety, depression, illness. It is a powerful self-healing modality which has been used for years to release emotion, integrate trauma, and access expanded states of consciousness.

When the body holds onto suppressed emotion and unprocessed trauma, it might show up us:

Using Somatic (body) work and Conscious Connected Breathing, you are able to gentle guide the release of trapped energy, restoring that beautiful, whole body breathing we are born with. This allows life to flow easily in and out, leading to so much freedom.

From Kelly’s personal experience, this modality is so powerful and has changed her life - releasing her from anxiety, unhelpful coping strategies, overwhelm, and intrusive and ruminating thoughts - to the extent where she believes it should be on the NHS.

Just like a finger print, we all have a unique breathing pattern. To create a completely individualised breathing session, Kelly will carry out a detailed breath analysis, and your session will be uniquely tailored to where your body is holding past experiences, stress, or trauma. Specific acupressure points are pressed, and affirmations are used which are picked up in your subconscious, making this a a powerful modality for the supressed and repressed emotions.
