Held each month at a beautiful retreat space in Kent, this intimate sound bath is an invitation to pause, reset, and be deeply nourished. With limited spaces available, you’ll step into a serene setting designed for restoration, cosy mats, soft blankets, bolsters, underfloor heating,  good healing vibes in the studio, and warm herbal tea to welcome you back after your journey within.

You’ll be gently guided into rest as the healing vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls wash over you, soothing the nervous system, calming the mind, and bringing you home to your body. It’s a space to exhale the outside world and sink into deep resonance, stillness, and soul connection.

Each session closes with homemade chocolate or cake and warming herbal tea, offered slowly, in silence or gentle conversation, to ground and integrate the experience. A sacred pause in your month to reconnect, realign, and rise renewed.  Limited to 12 spaces.
